Note: These questions are related to submitting proposals through the DODSAFE.
24. Question: Please confirm I will need to send Carson Best and Leon Castellano a separate email with the encryption password(s) I create when I upload the files.

Answer: A DODSAFE drop‐off link can only be used one time (only a single set of documents can be uploaded per link). There are two options for you to get us all of the documents.
a. The Government can send you a second drop‐off link for you to utilize.
b. You could zip/compress your files before you upload them.
The Government does not mind sending you another link if this is an easier method for you.
26. Question: I plan to upload 4 different files: PDF of signed and dated JV Agreement, PDF of
Volume I, PDF of Volume II, and PDF of Volume III. (I can also upload the Excel spreadsheet used to create Volume III if you also want that product.) Please confirm these files as I described them will be satisfactory and let me know which one or both the file formats you want for Volume III.
Answer: Your description of the format sounds acceptable. For Volume III, please be sure to include the CLIN 0002 Price Spreadsheet as explained in the General Instructions of Volume III.
As a general rule, the Government needs whatever pricing data that is necessary for us to determine the proposed price fair and reasonable. The excel sheet you describe sounds like useful information from your description and would most likely aid our analysis.
