Narrative of Electrical Loads Spreadsheets
Electrical Loads.xlsx The attached file has AC numbers that were taken from the technical order with some additions for modifications that don't apply to all aircraft.
Some assumptions appear to have been made regarding phase of flight and load duration. This spreadsheet has been used for various modification over the past few years.

Attached files are from the AT-38B ECM Modification conducted in 2012 under TO 1T-38B-508. I think that was probably the most recent analysis done for the B-model. It's pretty similar to the file I sent you earlier for the A-model, but you can see that the engineer made some different assumptions about power usage of some pieces of equipment during the different phases of flight.
If discussion is needed to further understanding of the electrical loads for the T-38 please ask.
