Guidance: The PM shall develop and maintain a Material Fielding Plan (MFP) from MS B through the production and deployment phase. At the PM’s discretion, the MFP may be a stand-alone document, an annex to the program Acquisition Strategy (AS) or Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), or embedded within the AS or LCSP itself.
