Industry Questions and Answers
RFP# FA8213-19-F-3021
Question- 1: Please advise how we access the drawings listed on the Engineering Data List?
Answer- 1: This acquisition does involve technology that has a military or space application. The Technical Requirement Document (TRD), Technical Data Package (TDP), First Article Test Plan (FAT), Lot Acceptance Test Plan (LAT), and Statement of Work (SOW) attachments will only be sent to those who have an approved DD Form 2345. The only US Contractors who may participate are those that are certified and registered with the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) (1-800-353-3572) and have a legitimate business purpose. US contractors shall submit a copy of their current, approved DD Form 2345 with their request for solicitation. The form, including instructions for completing the form is available at http://www.dtic.mil/whs/directives/forms/eforms/dd2345.pdf. The solicitation/data package will be mailed to the data custodian identified in block 3 of the DD Form 2345. Foreign participation is not authorized.
