About this file
This supplemental agreement modifies an existing collective bargaining agreement between a food service contractor and union representing food service employees at Hill Air Force Base in Utah. The supplemental agreement increases hourly wages for various food service positions by $0.30-0.35. It also increases the contractor's hourly contribution to the union's health and welfare fund by $0.25, to $4.85 per hour. The contribution to the pension fund remains at $1.05 per hour. The agreement further specifies benefits such as paid holidays, vacation, sick leave and jury duty leave in accordance with the union's annual benefit plan. The related federal contract opportunity notice is for dining facility support services at Hill Air Force Base, with the Department of the Air Force as the contracting agency.
