In Addition to “Responses to Questions”:
1. Further explanation of Q&A #17 additional services to be performed in Idaho, Wyoming, and/or Nevada—To be more specific, these areas include but are not limited to Idaho Falls, Cheyenne, Laramie, Elko. Contractor maybe required to go 200-300 miles away from Hill AFB, UT in order to perform these services.
2. Services performed at remote sites-- Contractors drive a GOV or are reimbursed for POV travel.
3. Normally, if ground support equipment is requested at the remote site , it is transported via GOV flatbed truck to the location.
4. During the time that contractor personnel are in Idaho, Wyoming and/or Nevada, contractor is suggested to use part time personnel to fill in gaps. Contractor will be responsible to man the Transient Alert Desk, and provide Transient Alert Services at Hill AFB, UT at the same time.
5. When contractor personnel are required to support off base ground handling of military aircraft, these services will be paid under Non-Business Hours.
6. Holiday hours should be proposed under Normal Business Hours as per PWS. It is up to the contractor to compensate their employee a day off at a later date or by any other means.
