About this file
This amendment modifies the statement of work for a solicitation seeking a fiber laser cutting system. The solicitation is a 100% small business set aside, firm fixed price contract issued by the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center. The statement of work provides specifications for a minimum 8kW fiber laser cutting system to replace an existing system at Tinker Air Force Base. Requirements include a 6'x12' table bed, fiber optic beam capability, cutting accuracy of 0.001" for 1" thick mild steel and 0.5" thick stainless steel, safety enclosure, dust collection system, and software for visual editing and nesting of parts. The contractor must deliver, install, test, and train personnel within specified timeframes. The amendment replaces an earlier statement of work dated November 18, 2021 with a revised version dated December 17, 2021.
