TINKER AIR FORCE BASE OKLAHOMA

Item Specifications

B-52 SCHEDULING TRAILERS

76TH AMXG requests the purchase of Three (3) each B-52 Scheduling Trailers meeting the following criteria:

1.1. The trailer shall be a 7,000 lb. minimum tandem axle that is 7’ wide by 18’ length.

1.2. Trailer must have a minimum 7' interior height.

1.3. Trailer shall have ST175/80R13 LR “C” Goodyear Radial or equivalent tires that are sufficient for towing trailer behind a motorized vehicle.

1.4. The trailer shall be equipped with a 2,000 lb. top crank A-frame or equivalent tow bar with a pintle ring.

1.5. The trailer shall be equipped with a storage box that is 69” length x 20” width x 15” deep mounted on tongue of trailer.

1.6. The insulated entry door shall be 36” wide with right hand hinge and be located on the right hand side (curbside), approx. 30" from front (tow end) of the trailer. Door will open outwards.

1.7. The entry door shall be equipped with a cypher lock door handle.

1.8. The door entry way shall be equipped with a foldable door step.

1.9. One window that is 6 feet wide by 4 feet height shall be installed. The center window pane shall be capable of opening and closing. The window shall be located on right hand side (curb side) of the trailer at the aft end.

1.10. The window awning shall be constructed to withstand high winds when trailer is located on the flight line. Window awning shall be able to cover window when closed and be lockable.

1.11. The awning supports shall be manufactured to provide maximum support and to prevent awning from flying up or open during high winds when trailer is located on the flight line.

1.12. Flooring shall be heavy duty non-skid vinyl flooring or similar material.

1.13. Trailer shall be equipped with an insulated vinyl ceiling liner. Sidewall insulation shall be a minimum of 1 inch R5 fiberglass insulation.

1.14. The countertop will be L-shaped and located all the way across the back end of the trailer and down the left side (road side) 12 feet from back wall. Countertop shall be 28" and the depth shall be 25”. The countertop shall have cable drops located in the corners and one in middle of left hand side counter for a total of four holes for computer/printer cables. Contractor should check with 76 AMXG/QPE for color specifications.

1.15. The trailer shall have overhead LED lighting to provide visibility inside the trailer, 110v.

1.16. In place of the standard overhead AC/Heat unit the trailer shall be equipped with an 18,000 BTU AC/Heater (Window Style Unit) in the front (tow side) wall over the trailer tongue and centered side to side but mounted closer to the roof to allow for shelving underneath.

1.17. The trailer shall be equipped with a 100 AMP Service Panel (120/240 Volt) and wired for 230 VAC.

The3rd hot leg from the Power Receptacle (1.19) should be routed to and capped off in the trailer circuit breaker box if necessary. Service panel will be located on left wall near power receptacle.

1.18. One large hook shall be mounted on the outside of the trailer on the left side (road side) close to front of trailer for power cord storage.

1.19. The trailer mounted power receptacle shall be equivalent to the Hubbell HBL3521C connections, but be water/weather proof and match end of power cord (1.20). Receptacle will be located on left side of trailer, approximately 18" from front wall and approximately 12" above the internal flooring.

1.20. The Power Cord shall be a 50 feet power cord with plug equivalent to Hubbell HBL3521C or equivalent 120/240Vac 30 Amp NEMA L14-30 at one end and 20A/250V water/weather proof plug on opposite end that matches the receptacle on trailer (1.19). There shall be a power cord provided for each trailer.

1.21. Electrical Outlets – Approximate location:

A. One 110 vac duplex wall receptacle on right side (curbside) centered between door and counter, 18" high.

B. Two 110 vac duplex wall receptacles on back wall above counter.

C. Three 110 vac duplex wall receptacles on left side (road side), above counter. Aft receptacle shall be 4 feet from back wall, middle receptacle 8 feet from back wall, and forward receptacle shall be 12 feet from back wall.

D. Receptacle for 18,000 BTU AC/Heater (Window Unit Style) on front wall near air conditioner

1.22. Shelving installed across front wall around and below air conditioning unit. Shelving depth of 24".

Bottom shelf18" off flooring. All other shelving spaced 12" in height from shelf below.

1.23. The trailer shall be equipped with adjustable heavy duty rear corner post jacks and 24 inch front scissor jacks.

1.24. Install pegboard on remaining blank walls.
