T-1 Avionics Modification Site Visit Information
In anticipation of a solicitation, the government is holding a site visit at Randolph Air Force Base (AFB) TX on 27-28 January 2016. The intent of this site visit is to allow potential offerors to view the T-1A aircraft and current Operational Flight Trainers (OFTs) and Part Task Trainers (PTTs). This visit will include a group question and answer session both before and after small group viewing opportunities – no one-on-one sessions with the Government will be conducted at this event. Questions and answers will be posted to FBO after the site visit. The Government encourages potential offerors to participate in the visit, however attendance is not required as part of the solicitation process. The Air Force will NOT assume liability for costs incurred by an attendee or travel expenses. Therefore, attendee cost in response to this notice is NOT considered an allowable direct charge to the Government.
To secure your ability to attend this event you must submit a request to attend to Mr. Paul Miller (paul.miller.13@us.af.mil) by email only; no phone calls please. Due to facility constraints and time limitations, the site visit will be limited to no more than six (6) attendees from each potential offeror (including subcontractors). Please provide the following minimum information for access to the meeting facility when expressing intent to attend the upcoming site visit:

Attendees must present a current photo ID (driver’s license, military ID or passport) matching the attendee information submitted via registration.
