Question and Answers to Solicitation FA8051-16-T-0019
Q1. In “CLIN 0003 - Certify Training Sites” what does this means?
Answer: The government requires the offeror to certify three (3) training sites/locations, if required by the offeror that will be used to conduct the training to ensure that the sites are capable of providing the equipment, quality, safety, and accurate training by the Air Force Instructors and operators that will receive the training.
Clarification of the Requirement The government is looking for the offeror to train and certify eight (8) crane instructor operators the first year and four (4) crane instructor operators the other two years respectively.
These instructor operators will in turn train and certify fellow Air Force members on behalf of the offeror.
The government is therefore is looking to purchase three hundred (300) nationally accredited certifications from the offeror. These 300 certifications will be awarded to the Air Force members that are trained by the AF instructors, giving them their own individual certificate number designation that is nationally accredited.
