FA7000-16-T-0067

20 May 2016

The following are questions and answers in response to FA7000-16-T-0067:

# 1 Acoustiveil is only available in goods to a maximum of 86x144. This knocks out the possibility it can be used on the full drop of the window (and the full width of 13') Is a 1% alternate fabric Acceptable?

Response: Fabric will need to be seamed to make 13 ft widths and the 23 1/2 ft lengths. Vertical seams shall fall on the mullions and the horizontal seams shall fall at an interval with a mullion.

#2 IQ series motors cannot be used with the tube required to support a shade at 300" of drop. This will require a Standard Motor (and standard switching) or a standard motor with IQ logic ADDED to the motor. Will Standard Motors be acceptable for this project?

Response: The IQ series motor should be adequate for the 300 inch drop and will have the ability to add stops. If a timer is needed to stop the shades during specific times, that is fine.

#3 The spec appears to show the need for a timer that can allow intermediate stop positions? The timer available will only allow Upper limit and Lower limit stops.

Response: The IQ series motor should have the ability to add stops.
