If needed, the current 55-gallon collection drum with lead dust contents is to be removed and replaced with a new steel, UN-approved drum suitable for exterior use. If required, the contractor shall provide collection drum and other required packaging. As needed, the existing filters shall be removed and replaced. The filters shall be properly packaged for recycling or disposal. If required, the contractor shall provide new filters, collection drum, and other required packaging.
