Repair Aircraft Parking Apron
1. QUESTION: Is the intention with the 120 performance period to just be for Phase 1, and an additional 30 days to complete Phase 2?
1) RESPONSE: The 120 day performance period is the total number of days on the project, 90 days for the work to be done near bldg. 870, and 30 days for the work at bldg. 821.
2. QUESTION: Is the intention to begin Phase 2 as soon as the contractor finishes up with Phase 1? Or is there expected to be a delay between the two Phases?
2) RESPONSE: For bidding purposes, plan on being able to begin Phase 2 as soon as Phase 1 is completed without a delay.
