CCTV Layout/Placement

Building 23028 Main Entryway

Presenter Presentation Notes The contractor shall install a camera to the right of the entryway. The camera will need to show the doorway and the phone as best as possible, primary focus shall be the phone. The contractor shall install camera with a protective casing to avoid weather and blunt force damage (i.e. all weather metal casing).

Command Post Room (Right of “inner entrapment door)

Presenter

The contractor shall replace the camera to the right of the “inner entrapment door” inside the Command Post room. Camera shall focus on door and phone associated with it.

Corridor

The contractor shall replace the camera to the right of the exit sign. Camera shall focus down the corridor to monitor entry from and exit to the Command Post Room (CAT).

Command Post Room (Right of “inner entrapment door)

Presenter

The contractor shall replace the camera back and left of the person entering the E.A. Room. Exiting the E.A. Room it is up and to the right. The camera shall focus on the E.A. Room door.

Breakroom

The contractor shall install a camera to the right of the “bell” near the ceiling. The camera shall be a wide angle camera focused on entry/exit from breakroom and covering as much area of the breakroom as possible.

Mechanical Room

The contractor shall replace the camera to the right of the entryway. The contractor shall install camera with a protective casing to avoid weather and blunt force damage (i.e. all weather metal casing). Conduit will be needed to cover cords associated with camera (CE work order).

Generator panel

The contractor shall install a camera in this area below the ducts pointing at the generator test panel. Conduit will be needed to cover the cords associated with the camera (CE work order).

Electrical room Entry (inside mechanical room entry)

Presenter

The contractor shall install a camera to the right of the entryway focused on the door to show anyone trying to gain access to the room. Conduit will be needed to cover the cords associated with the camera (CE work order).

Generator Room (directly in front of mechanical room entry)

Presenter

The contractor shall install a camera in the top right hand portion of the wall above the silver duct. A wide view camera shall be installed to show entry into the room and panel on right hand side of the unit. Conduit will be needed to cover the cords associated with the camera (CE work order).

Electrical Room (left of mechanical room entry)

Presenter

The contractor shall install a camera on the far wall near the top right hand corner. The camera should be wide angle view showing both entry into the room and the panel on the right hand side of the unit. Conduit will be needed to cover the cords associated with the cameras (CE work order).

UPS Room

The contractor shall install a wide angle camera on the far wall, left hand side focusing on the entry door. Conduit will need to be installed to cover cords associated with the camera installation (CE Work order).

HVAC Walkway (behind electrical room)

The contractor shall install a camera on the right hand side of the walkway facing away from the HVAC area, pointing towards the fuel tank area and showing entry/exit from electrical room door. Conduit will need to be installed to cover cords associated with camera. The contractor shall install camera with a protective casing to avoid weather and blunt force damage (i.e. all weather metal casing).

HVAC area

The contractor shall install a wide angle camera center of wall behind the HVAC fan units, the camera should show the entire fenced in area. The contractor shall install camera with a protective casing to avoid weather and blunt force damage (i.e. all weather metal casing).

Fuel tank

The contractor shall replace existing camera with a wide angle camera with a slightly more left focus to show the fuel tank and a significant portion of the fenced in area, the tank is the primary focus. The contractor shall install camera with a protective casing to avoid weather and blunt force damage (i.e. all weather metal casing)
