PSRC Renovation B10471

The following are responses to the questions submitted based on responses to previous questions.

1. Do we match room 361 with oak chair rail and base trim OR do we provide walnut stained wainscoting at a height of 42” and baseboard trim on all walls and offices.

Response: The Government request

2. The SOW and drawing/plan shows 11 doors, but wouldn’t the entry door be glass and not wood taking the total doors to 10 ea.

Response: Correct the wooden doors should be 10ea and 2 glass doors for a total of 12 doors. New Office floor plan attached.

Previous question 1. Can you please provide the attachments referenced in the SOW

Response: The attachment listed were pictures and the SOW was changed to reflect paragraph versus attachment. .
