STATEMENT OF WORK
Purchase and Install of Weapon Rack Systems
FY18
1.0 SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor will have 90 days upon award of contract to acquire materials and complete installation. Contractor will remove all outgoing material from site after installation.
2.0 SECURITY REQUIREMENTS: Contractor will be escorted to the locations by Security Forces personnel. Contractor vehicles must show proof of insurance, current registration, and a valid driver’s license to gain access to JBER.
3.0 HOURS OF OPERATION: All work must be performed between the hours of 0700 and 1800 hours Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays unless otherwise approved in writing by leadership. Contractor personnel shall perform labor during normal duty hours and not stay past their duty day if it would incur additional costs.
4.0 QUALITY CONTROL: We will routinely perform quality control checks during the installation. The government will not provide equipment to the contractor. Contracting Officer Representatives (COR) will ensure quality control of the installation.
5.0 QUANTITY AND FREQUENCY: We will notify the contractor of any proposed schedule changes three days in advance.
6.0 INVOICING: All payments to the contractor will be processed in Wide Area Work Flow
(WAWF).
7.0 HAZARDS: We have detected Asbestos in the floor tiles. Therefore personnel working at the site should be wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to limit exposure.
