Salient Characteristics

The Mobile Weapon rack carrier system must include the following:

‐Mobile Carrier system shall fit in a 12’ 7” wide area 19’ 3” long allowing a 5’ 0” walkway for passing in the 12’ 7” area.

‐Weapon racks must be 83” tall, 30” wide, 15” Deep capable of storing of 28 M4 weapon systems and 28 M9 weapon systems in each cage. Attached to the mobile carrier system it shall not exceed a height of 83”.

‐Weapon racks must be constructed from 14 gauge steel with reverse bi‐folding doors to allow them to be locked when securing and not in use, and to be able to be rolled with doors folded in half.

‐Mobile carrier must be capable of securing without weapons cages visible providing a mobile lock system.

‐All weapons racks must come with all required accessories adjustable barrel bungee cord mounts, stock saddles, and modular bins to store the following weapons without removing attached weapon accessories.

The Storage Room Mobile Weapon rack carrier system must include the following:

‐Mobile Carrier system shall fit in a 11’ 0” wide area 12’ 5” long.

‐ Weapon racks must be 83” tall, 30” wide, 15” Deep capable of storing of 28 M4 weapon systems and 28 M9 weapon systems in each cage. Attached to the mobile carrier system it shall not exceed a height of 83”.

‐Weapon racks must be constructed from 14 gauge steel with reverse bi‐folding doors to allow them to be locked when securing and not in use, and to be able to be rolled with doors folded in half.

‐Mobile carrier must be capable of securing without weapons cages visible providing a mobile lock system.

‐All weapons racks must come with all required accessories adjustable barrel bungee cord mounts, stock saddles, and modular bins to store the following weapons without removing attached weapon accessories.

Total System Capacity:

‐ Total system must hold 477 M4s, 532 M9s, 70 X26 tasers, 115 M16s, 3 M24s, 15 M870

Shotguns, 35 detached M203s, 10 M2s with 20 spare barrels, 12 M240s with spare barrel bags, 11 M249 SAWs with spare barrel bags.

‐Racks must come with adjustable barrel cord retention mounts and stock saddles to allow in house reconfiguring without tools.

System Providers must:

‐ Provider will complete install of all mobile carrier rack systems, static rack systems, bulk storage racks, and associated weapon mounting accessories.

‐ Provider will bolt all weapon racks to the floor foundation for theft prevention.

‐ Provider must warranty all products to be free of defects and workmanship and material for 15 years. Defective items will be repaired or replaced free of charge by the provider.

‐ At the conclusion of the project company will provide documentation to detail the work that has been completed.
