Sheet1 Job Category Tasks Minimum Education Minimum Qualifications & Experience Level

Aircraft Mechanic: Crew Chief, Transient Maintenance, Aircraft Inspection (phase), J85 Mechanic, Aircraft Mechanic, Wheel and Tire May perform maintenance in and certify the airworthiness of systems in one or more technical specialty areas: Avionics/instrument, electrical, engine, APG, environmental, fuel, pneudraulics, structural, egress, weapons loading/release, corrosion control, paint, NDI. Prioritizes the completion of work in progress. Certifies the task qualification of other employees. Responsible for performing and certifying In-Process Inspection (IPIs) and clearing Red X conditions as required. Also responsible for performing and/or evaluating and inspecting work accomplished to ascertain and certify condition status of components. Maintains automated aircraft records including IMDS documentation of maintenance actions. Reads and interprets manufacturers’ and USAF technical orders and specifications to determine feasibility and methods of repair or replacing malfunctioning components, including ordering of correct parts High School Diploma and military or civilian aircraft maintenance training Skills equivalent to at least a USAF 5- level Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC). Minimum 5 years aircraft maintenance experience with at least 3 years in maintenance of military jet engine fighters.

Aircraft Mechanic: Quality Assurance Inspector Documents inspection actions as required. Investigates accidents and incidents and prepares reports. May be required to manage FCF, weight and balance, product improvement, FOD, dropped object, combat oriented repair and evaluation, aircraft \acceptance and transfer, flight control diagnostic, and aircraft damage programs. Assists in the maintenance an revision of maintenance operating instructions. Inspects completed work for accuracy and compliance with applicable technical orders and workcards to ensure satisfactory completions of tasks. Monitors work areas for compliance with OSHA and EPA standards. Briefs and debriefs pilots on FCF requirements. Inspects aircraft, engines, systems and associated equipment. Monitors timeliness and applicability of aircraft maintenance technical data and tech library. Manages the material deficiency and tech order improvement program. May perform as Lead ISO 9001:2008 auditors. High School Diploma and military or civilian aircraft maintenance training Minimum 7 years aircraft maintenance experience with at least 5 years in maintenance of military jet engine fighters, with at least 3years T-38 specific experience.

Aircraft Mechanic: Aerospace Ground Equipment Mechanic/AGE Mechanic Performs maintenance on and certifies the readiness of AGE to support aircraft systems or subsystems. Prioritizes work in progress. Trains/certifies trainees. Performs IPIs and clears red x conditions, as required High School Diploma and military or civilian aircraft maintenance training Skills equivalent to at least a USAF 5 level Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC). Minimum 3 years AGE maintenance experience

Aircraft Mechanic: Egress Aircraft Mechanic Main duties to perform egress functions, but may perform duties of an aircraft mechanic as required listed above (crew chief, transient maintenance, aircraft inspection) High School Diploma and military or civilian aircraft maintenance training Skills equivalent to at least a USAF 5-level skill Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC).Minimum 5 years aircraft maintenance experience with at least 3 years in maintenance of military jet engine fighters, with special certifications complete. Must have completed an AETC egress technician course for the type aircraft to be maintained. egress maintenance personnel who possess, as a minimum, one year of experience within the last three years performing egress intermediate- and organizational-level maintenance, repair, inspections, etc., may be considered for a waiver of classification training requirements.

Non-Destructive Inspection Specialist: NDI Aircraft Mechanic May include tasks of Aircraft Mechanic as shown in #1 above. In addition, provide field and/or shop work in the following Non-destructive Testing techniques: (MT) Magnetic Particle, (PT) Dye Penetrant (UTT), Ultrasonic (thickness), (RT) Radiographic. May be required to· set-up and calibrate equipment, conduct tests with appropriate NDI Technique; interpret, evaluate, and document results. Shall be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the method in which certified. Shall be familiar with the codes, standards and other contractual documents that control the method. High School Diploma and military or civilian aircraft maintenance training Minimum 3 years NDI experience with a minimum NDI NAS 410 Level II qualification. Skills equivalent to at least a USAF "5-level" Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC). Section Chief/Supervisor must have skills equivalent ot USAF 7-level skill.

Machinist: Machinist/Structural Repair Technician Machinist May include tasks of Aircraft Mechanic as shown in #1 above. In addition, provide field and/or shop work in the following Non-destructive Testing techniques: (MT) Magnetic Particle, (PT) Dye Penetrant (UTT), Ultrasonic (thickness), (RT) Radiographic. May be required to· set-up and calibrate equipment, conduct tests with appropriate NDI Technique; interpret, evaluate, and document results. Shall be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the method where certified. Shall be familiar with the codes, standards and other contractual documents that control the method. High School Diploma and military or civilian aircraft maintenance training Minimum 5 years aircraft maintenance experience with at least 3 years in machining and/or structural repair. Skills equivalent to at least a USAF 5-level Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC).

Welders Welds, heat treats and fabricates components and assemblies for aerospace systems and related support equipment. Performs welding calculations such as determining welding processes and pre-heat and post heat requirements. Welds, brazes, solders, anneals, normalizes and tempers metals. Checks completed components and determines serviceability in accordance with drawings and specifications. Disassembles, assemble and fits component parts using welding techniques. Performs operator maintenance and service inspection on shop equipment and tools. Uses and disposes of hazwaste according to environmental standards. High School Diploma and military or civilian aircraft maintenance training Minimum 5 years aircraft maintenance experience with at least 3 years in machining and/or structural repair. Skills equivalent to at least a USAF 5-level Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC). Welders must be certified and maintain proficiency IAW TO 00-25-252, Certification of USAF Aircraft and Missile Welders, and ACC instructions.

Senior Aircraft Scheduler Directs and coordinates with operations schedulerss the scheduling and monioring of all aircraft and weapons release equipment for scheduled and special inspections, Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO), records inspection records and monitors Periodic Inspection packages. Reviews aircraft documents. Coordinates with operations schedulers. Uses and understands CAMS/IMDS. Conducts daily scheduling meeting and attends wing scheduling meetings. Manages the AVDO program IAW AFI 21-103. Monitors flying time for all assigned aircraft. Coordinates and publishes maintenance plans. Manages CAD/PAD program. Provides overall management and control of the maintenance deferred code listing. May beoccaisionally required to perform duties of lesser skill level. High School Diploma and military or civilian aircraft maintenance training Minimum 5 years aircraft maintenance experience with at least 3 years in the scheduling of military aircraft or components

Schedulers: Aircraft/Engine Scheduler, Sr. Aircraft Scheduler, Sr.Scheduler, Aircraft Scheduler, Engine Scheduler Schedules and monitors all aircraft for special inspection, TCTO, records review, depot maintenance and engine changes. Maintains special inspection records and initiates IPI packages. Coordinates aircraft flight and maintenance schedules with flight operations, maintenance work centers and CTP sites. Conducts aircraft documents data integrity reviews (forms and automated), making corrections are required. Order parts as required. Senior schedulers also conducts daily scheduling meeting and attends Wing scheduling meetings and coordinates and published maintenance plans. Manages CAD/PAD program and provides maintenance of the deferred code listing. Familiar with and proficient in use of Maintenance Scheduling Application Tool (MSAT). High School Diploma and military or civilian aircraft maintenance training Minimum 5 years aircraft maintenance experience with at least 3 years in the scheduling of military aircraft or components

Analyst Analyst Database Operations Specialist Collects, analyzes and monitors data on maintenance performance IAW applicable AFI. Serves as data base manager. Fulfills IMDS management functions as required in AFI 21-101 CAF SUP 1. Identifies trends and isolates areas requiring further investigation. Assist supervisory personnel on the interpretation of man-hour and data publications and reports. Provides info to higher HQ as required and prepares the monthly Maintenance Data report. High School Diploma and military or civilian aircraft maintenance training Minimum 5 years aircraft maintenance experience with at least 3 years in scheduling or analysis of military aircraft

Technical Order Distribution Office Specialist Maintains primary interest T.O.'s, job guides, workcards and checklist for all aircraft assigned as well as each type of weapon system and associated equipment. Updates and maintains Automated Technical Order Management System (ATOMS). Updates and maintains the Joint Computer-Aided Logistics System (JCALS). Researches technical data and develops local technical data when local conditions warrant, insuring quality of maintenance and safety of operation is paramount. Prepares a listing of all changes and revisions for inclusion in the weekly maintenance plan. Conducts periodic and annual inspection on technical order sub-accounts. Performs routine and annual inspections on the PISM library. Orders, receives, distributes T.O.'s to all units. Posts T.O.'s for Quality Control. Maintains master library, and the Time Compliance Technical Library. Monitors timeliness and applicability of aircraft maintenance technical data and technical library. May occasionally be required to perform duties of a lesser skill classification. High School Diploma and military or civilian aircraft maintenance training Skills equivalent to at least a USAF 5- level Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC). Minimum 5 years aircraft maintenance experience with at least 3 years in maintenance of military jet engine fighters.

Supply Technician Supply Technician Sr., Supply Technician Provides maintenance supply liaison support to work centers. Advises and assists maintenance and supply training sections for scheduling of training requirements. Ensures compliance with established bench stock procedures and submits monthly bench stock financial reports. Establishes a Direct NRTS and functional check-listings. Coordinates requests for special level and shipments of assets through the government channels. Monitors the repair cycle, critical items and reusable container programs. Prepares and submits the annual financial plan for aircraft, requests funds for support and funding of special requirements. Maintains accountability of government furnished equipment and Company purchased equipment to include identification, records, and inventory. May act as purchasing agent for local purchase systems. May be required to initiate purchase requests, source and requisition supplies. Coordinates supply activities with supply technician, and tool and parts attendant. May be occasionally required to perform duties of lesser skill classification. High School Diploma and military or civilian aircraft maintenance training Minimum 7 years supply experience with at least 3 years in aircraft logistics support. Experienced with SBSS/ES-S; basic knowledge of mathematics, familiarization with the accountability of USAF property, knowledge of SBSS/ES-S policies and procedures and principles of property accounting through manual or automated systems is mandatory

AGE Supply Technician Performs functions of material control. Orders parts and supplies required to support maintenance operations, tool program, and the administration support. Can be responsible for supplyy and equipment accounts. Maintains technical orders as required. Responsible for CTK management, notifying supervision of late returned or lost tools. Coordinated and expedites the flow of DIFM assets back into supply for serviceability. Arranges for transfer of parts to meet MICAP requirments. Identifies and processes equipments and supplies for turn-in to the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office (DRMO). Responsible for inspection of supply materials incoming and performs research, using supply publications. Maintains and interprets computer reports and listings from CAMS/IMDS. Maintains TMDE accounts and perfroms pick-up and delivery of assets. Schedules and monitors all AGE for PE, Special Inspections, TCTO, corrosion control/paint inspection, records review and engine change. Conducts AGE documents (forms and automated), reviews, making corrections as required. Uses CAMS/IMDS for status reporting as required. Responsible for compliance of environmental procedures associated with supplies under his/her control. May be occaisionally required to perfrom duties of lessor skill classification. High School Diploma and military or civilian aircraft maintenance training Minimum 5 years supply experience with at least 3 years in aircraft logistics support.

Tool and Parts Attendant Performs functions of material control. Ensures items are correctly identified. Distributes materials as required. Notifies Supervisor when items are misidentified of lost. Ensures items are packed and routed correctly. Orders parts and supplies required to support maintenance operations, tool program, and administrative programs. Maintain technical orders as required. Monitors vehicle control, hazardous materials and facilities custodian programs. May be responsible for supply and equipment accounts. Responsible for compliance of environmental procedures associated with supplies under his/her control. Coordinates and expedites the flow of DIFM assets back into Supply for serviceability. Arrange for transfer of parts to meet MICAP requirements. May conduct follow-up actions on parts or equipment requisitions. Coordinates with base supply to resolve parts or supplies issues. Responsible for the inspection of supply materials incoming and perform research using supply publications. Identify and process equipment and supply for turn-in to the Defense Re-utilization and Marketing Office (DRMO). Responsible for ordering time change items. Maintains TMDE accounts and performs pickup and delivery of assets. Responsible for preparation of maintenance and company purchase requests and purchase order files and submission of excess government property reports. May order personal protective equipment and office supplies. Responsible for CTK Management. Notify supervision of all late returned and lost tools. Perform inventory required under the CTK program and inspect all tools and equipment assigned for serviceability. Coordinates and expedites flow of materials, parts and assemblies within or between work centers and the host supply function. May occasionally be required to perform duties of lesser skilled classification.

Information Technology Specialist, IT Specialist IT Specialist (Exempt)Integrates, configures, tests, monitors, analyzes, controls, maintains, repairs, and restores T-38 functional computer systems to optimize and maintain top performance. Independently capable of intricate troubleshooting, diagnostics, installation and repairs of computer systems, peripherals, network cables and network devices. Administers and maintains T-38 maintenance functional servers, applications and information systems. Ensures functional servers, peripherals, communication devices, network cables and operating system/application software are properly installed and configured for network operation and are available to customers. Loads software, manages user accounts and permissions, prepares and submits required reports, troubleshoots and repairs systems. Must possess a strong working knowledge of the functional applications as well as the network environment, associated procedures and analysis techniques. Provides technical solutions for functional system upgrades and new requirements. Monitors systems to ensure optimal performance. Apprise management of resource requirements and deficiencies. Assist system users with application use, security requirements, and related problems. Adheres to applicable government directives, base policies and local operating instructions. Performs other related duties as assigned. Monitors trouble calls and work orders. Capable of performing administrator duties on all network systems in the section. Maintains integrity and security of system equipment, software, and files. Assist in training managers/technicians. Maintains cleanliness of equipment and assigned
High School Diploma and two years of college/trade school or military IT experience.Minimum experience level: Minimum 3 years IT experience. Must possess a strong working knowledge of the functional applications as well as the network environment, associated procedures and analysis techniques. Provides technical solutions for functional system upgrades and new requirements.
Janitor Foreman/JanitorPerforms sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, carpet cleaning, and other associated duties to maintain assigned areas. Removes trash, dusts equipment, furniture or fixtures and trimmings and other refuse. Cleans restrooms, showers and restocks supplies. Cleans tracks on hangar doors, washes windows, orders supplies, sets shift schedules, and trains assigned personnel. May be occasionally required to perform duties of lesser skill classification.High School Diploma
