All regulations referenced are available for review from the COR or MTF. All medical records and reports are and will remain the property of the Government.
4. SPECIFIC TASKS/DUTIES.
4.1. Contractor shall provide a technologist and the transport of neurophysiologic monitoring equipment with all peripheral supplies to and from the facility prior to and after each scheduled procedure. Upon arrival/departure from the MTF, the contract technologist will report to the BMET office where equipment information will be documented. It is recommended that an appointment be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance with the BMET office (MSgt Pagliuca: 702-653-3579. SSgt Blea: 702-653-2460, SSgt Meraz: 702-653-2726).
