Vendor Questions V2

Q1. Starting to run numbers for this. On option 1 for the rubberized mat, it says approximately 1800 sq

ft. The building that we are building is 4000 sq. ft. We might need a little clarification. Is this going around the edges of our building, or is that a misprint?

A. The preexisting building is 4000 sq ft. The building will be broken into 2 sections and the Shoot House is only 1/2 of the building. The Shoot House is estimated to be 1800 sq ft.

Q2. 2 floors: Is the intent for [us] to provide the mezzanine which creates the second floor, is there already a structure in place (concrete or similar) or is the 2nd floor simply a catwalk?

A. Regarding the second floor, there is no preexisting structure. The second floor is simply just the catwalk as specified in OPTION 0004.

Q3. Do they want all the walls to be flexible and reconfigurable quickly/easily or are they looking for a more permanent wall solution?

A. We do not want the walls be flexible, but we would like them to be reconfigurable quickly, and easily.

Q4. Is the system to be secured to the floor with anchor bolts which make the system completely modular and removable easily. Is this acceptable?

A. We are unable to drill into the floor so I don't believe it would be feasible to use anchors bolted to the floor.
