This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation # FA462518Q0035 is being issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97, Defense Acquisition Circular 20171228 and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2017-1003. This procurement is a Small Business Set Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332311. The Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. Paper copies of the RFQ will not be made available. Proposals can be e-mailed to the following e-mail address:

NOTE: Quotes must be received by 21 May 2018, 2:00 PM CST in order to be considered for award; late quotes will not be considered for award. Prospective offerers must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) by the solicitation close date in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a quote which, if timely received, will be considered by this agency. Evaluation for this acquisition shall be the lowest price that meets the requirement in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 and the below listed Addendum.

Site Visit Information: A site visit for this solicitation will be held on 10 May 2018 at 1:30 p.m. CST. Attendance will be limited to two (2) persons per offeror. All attendees will meet at the Whiteman AFB Visitor’s center by 1:15 p.m. CST. Only one site visit will be offered/provided. Interested Offerors are highly encouraged to attend the site visit. Offerors are able to provide a proposal without site visit attendance. Site visit information shall be sent to 509cons.sollgcb@us.af.mil to the attention of Caleb Kirchhoff, no later than 8 May 2018 at 3:00 p.m. CST. Provide name, phone number and company name for attendance.
A valid Government issued ID will be required for entry.

ADDENDUM 52.212-2 Evaluation
(a) The Government will award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The evaluation process will be as follows:
1. Initially offerors will be rated ACCEPTABLE or UNACCEPTABLE on (i), Specification Drawings and (ii), Completion Date. Offers with an unacceptable rating on either of these factors will not be considered for award.
(i) Specification Drawings: Contractor shall provide drawings or graphics renderings along with their quote to include measurements for wall height, hallway width, door width and wall length. The Government will evaluate the documents and determine if they meet the minimum needs of Section 2 of the SOW.
(ii) Completion Date. The completion date includes the final product that is fully functional within 120 calendar days from the date of contract award. A performance schedule shall be submitted with the proposal to include at a minimum but not all inclusive, the manufacture completion date, delivery date and installation completion date.
2. Offers that have been determined acceptable for (i) Specification Drawings and (ii)
Completion Date, will then be evaluated on (iii) Price.
(iii) Price: Offers will be evaluated on Total Evaluated Price (TEP). For purposes of this solicitation, Total Evaluated Price is the sum of Line Items 0001, 0002, 0003 and 0004. For example TEP=0001+0002+0003+0004. The contract will then be awarded to the lowest priced offeror.
Item# 0003 and Item# 0004 are options, they will be evaluated at the time of award and if it is in the best interest of the Government one or both options will be included in the contract IAW FAR 52.217-4
