Cummins Generator Display Repair
Model DQFA 8919GS 750kw (S/N: 33110332 ST)

Statement of Work (SOW) For
Cummins Generator Repair Model DQFA 8919GS 750kw (S/N: 33110332 ST)
1. BACKGROUND: This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines work required to repair a Cummins generator model DQFA 8919GS 750kw (S/N: 33110332 ST). During a previous service call and diagnostic effort, the technician was unable to generate any response with the system display. Cummins customer service indicated the initial repair should be the “Base Card” which requires access to a specific software, InPower Pro.
2. SCOPE OF WORK: The service provider shall provide all labor, tools, and materials to repair Cummins DQFA 8919GS 750kw generator (S/N: 33110332 ST). The service provider shall provide a technician with InPower Pro software to install and calibrate a Base Card in a Cummins generator and perform additional diagnosis to identify any additional repairs to the display function.
3. OBJECTIVES: The objective of this SOW is to restore display screen functionality on Cummins generator model DQFA 8919GS 750kw (S/N: 33110332 ST) through repairs performed by a qualified technician.
3. REQUIREMENTS: Contractor will start with replacing the Base Card on the Cummins DQFA 8919GS 750kw generator (S/N: 33110332 ST). After the Base Card is replaced, the Contractor will conduct a diagnosis to determine if any additional work is required to return display functionality to the generator. Any additional work shall be authorized by the Contracting Officer prior to performance.
4. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS: All personnel employed by the Contractor in the performance of this contract, or any representative of the Contractor entering the government installation, shall abide by all Fairchild Air Force Base security regulations. Personnel performing the work requested will be escorted for the duration on the installation. Individuals must be able to pass a background check that will be conducted prior to entry of the installation.
Individuals performing the work will be required to provide their full name, DOB, SSN, driver’s license issuing state and license number to gain access to the installation.
5. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Project is located at White Bluff Complex, inside the main compound next to building #20. The government will provide access through the Main Entry Gate; located on Newkirk Rd.
6. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 30 days after contract award.
7. GENERAL INFORMATION: All work shall be performed in accordance with all Federal laws, regulations, applicable codes, and this Statement of Work (SOW).
7.1. HOURS OF OPERATION: Hours of operation are 0700-1600 Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays and any other designated down day. Work can be done at other than the normal hours of operation with the approval of the Contracting Officer. The contractor shall coordinate in advance all hours of work and any service interruptions.
