About this file

This document contains a Teaming Arrangements Questionnaire for the Solid Waste Management solicitation at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California. The questionnaire requests information on any contemplated teaming arrangements, including the names of teaming partners, the percentage of work each partner would perform, and descriptions of the work each partner would complete. Respondents indicate either the details of a teaming arrangement or N/A if all work will be performed by the prime contractor alone. The solicitation seeks a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, vehicles, and other resources necessary to collect municipal solid waste and recyclables from designated sites on the base. Services must comply with applicable federal, state, local, and industry regulations and standards regarding safety, sanitation, accessibility, and the environment. The focus should be on safety, sanitation, and customer service. The Air Force Space Command is the issuing agency.
