PM, 30SCS and the TV/internet provider.

Please confirm if we are to demolish existing only or if we are to install new conductors and re-feed existing loads.
Government response: Install new concrete pole near existing transformer and connect to existing transformer. The transformer and secondary underground will not be replaced.
15. Question: What type of switch are we to install to replace the (2) Existing puffer air switches? The Scope of Work states to install a “GOA air switch” Please clarify what this is.
Government response: Gang operated loadbreak overhead switches.
16. Question: The Scope of Work calls for fused cut-outs to be installed at all riser locations.
During the job walk, ground operated switches were requested to be installed at all risers.
Please clarify is both are required or if only one is required which is correct?
