52NWS LODGING REQUIREMENTS

1. The 52nd Network Warfare Squadron (52NWS) has a requirement for lodging of 52NWS traditional reserve unity members during monthly weekend drill dates. The 52NWS intends to award multiple BPAs to fulfill the anticipated room requirement. The intended performance period for the new BPAs is 01 April 2020 to 31 March 2025, but these dates may be adjusted to accommodate later award dates. The performance period for the BPAs may not exceed five (5) years or the last performance period priced in this solicitation, whichever comes first.

2. ESTIMATED ROOM REQUIREMENTS:

Approximately 15 rooms will be required for two nights (Friday and Saturday) each drill weekend, which will be the first weekend of every month. The rooms can be single or double-occupancy rooms. The total number of rooms indicated will be distributed equitably between all hotels with BPAs. Hotels shall block a specific number of rooms, to be determined upon award, for each drill weekend. The Government will provide a rooming list no later than the

Wednesday prior to each drill weekend, and excess rooms may be released from the room block at that time.

Quantity of rooms to be blocked may be renegotiated periodically to accommodate changes in mission requirements.

If the Government fails to provide a rooming list or otherwise release blocked rooms by the Wednesday prior to drill weekend, hotels may bill for the unused blocked rooms IF they are unable to be sold to other customers.

3. Award of BPAs will require compliance with Air Force and 52NWS regulations concerning Fire, Safety, Public

Health and Security requirements and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Standards.

Inspections will be conducted by 52NWS personnel prior to award of BPAs, and will be conducted periodically throughout the term of the BPA to determine compliance with applicable regulations. Non-compliance with any inspection item will require correction prior to booking further room reservations. General inspection categories are listed below.
