1. Will our FSO have access to National Agency Check?
A. A report will not be provided to the contractor, the check will be used to verify access to certain parts of base.
1. Will we be able to stage equipment at the government provided facility/yard prior to start date?
A. If the award date allows time before the start of the period of performance the contractor is allowed to begin mobilization and staging equipment.
1. Will the sign in sheet from the Site Visit be posted to FBO?
A. The sign-in sheet will not be posted to FBO.
1. Will we be allowed to begin badging paper work prior to start date?
A. Badging will begin as soon as possible after award.
1. Will there be a transition period for staging/training/badging/in-processing the staff and equipment or is the expectation that mowing operations will begin on day one?
A. The contractor will be responsible for the requirements in the PWS at the start of the period of performance. Some of the staging/badging/training can occur between award date and the start of the period of performance if time allows. See above for staging. If any delay to transitioning is caused by the Government the contractor will not be held responsible.
1. We anticipate this contract will require a DD Form 2254 Secret or TS due to the PL Area. Please confirm requirement.
A. A favorable clearance will be required for the PL Area. If you are refering to a DD Form 254, that will not be required for this contract.
1. If offerors would like to provide supplemental appendices to support Volume II Technical, please confirm that appendices will be excluded from the 20-page limit for Volume II.
A. As listed in the solicitation “Each page shall be counted except cover pages, tables of contents, cross reference matrix, tabs, and glossaries.”. Excess pages will not be read or considered in the evaluation of the proposal.
