Is the existing flow / pressure fire water supply and riser adequate for the new fire suppression retrofit?

I don’t have information on the existing pressures of the fire protection system. The service entrance for the system is in the mechanical room next to the kitchen. The project intent was to extend the existing system to serve the building addition. This would not be the most remote area of the system, so existing pressures should be adequate.

Record of walk-in-floor in freezer and cooler- are they 2 separate boxes- location of condencing units- type of refrigerant for both units- who does the drain lines- any special roof cubes or roof racks- who furnishes- using purchased lines or do we furnish copper and refrigerant- cone for units on building’s roof if needed- 1st time of this section of install- length of warranty and on what?

Regarding the walk-in cooler and freezer, the intent was to have these items provided and installed under a separate Food Service contract. Therefore, revise specification Section 01010, page 1, as follows:

"Line 42, add the following: Walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer, including all electrical connections. See Detail 5/A3.1 for required stainless steel closure angle.

Lines 44 and 45: Delete these lines in there entirety."

On Sheet A3.1, Detail 5, note that the stainless steel closure angle is provided and installed by others.

Spec Section 8330 says coiling doors are to be pushed up. Sheet E2.1 shows motor openers. Please verify which is wanted.

Regarding the overhead coiling doors, the specifications are correct, we want manual push-up doors. Therefore, on Sheet E2.1, delete the motor symbols, junction boxes, and Notes 1 and 18 at the two (2) overhead coiling door locations.
