About this file

This document is a set of Questions and Answers related to a federal contract opportunity for Command Post Entry Control Maintenance Services at Dover Air Force Base.

The key details include the number and location of card readers (22 total), cameras (4 total), and the integration of the Milestone and OnGuard software systems. The government is looking for a full maintenance program that will provide support and services as needed to maintain the security system functionality. The government will not provide a layout of the facility due to security reasons. There is no history of prior service calls or firmware updates. The backup power system for the door locks at Building 203 is described. The total number of cameras and card access doors/panels is provided. The government confirms the door requirements meet military standards even without request-to-exit functionality.
