Q15. May I ask if we could get an extension to have time to work on our proposal after our visit?

A. We do not intent to extend at this time.

Q16. Can a dimensioned floor plan with device locations be provide for each room?

A. Yes.

Q17. You mention a PC for remote access for maintenance. Is that for their team or would you like a maintenance agreement for continued service after system acceptance?

A. The installation contractor will be expected to maintain this system after the installation.

This maintenance would either be on a pay as you go basis or on a maintenance contract to be determined after the installation.

Q18. 2.1.1.5 - Each room will receive one “PTZ camera with output for local presentation VTC (Via USB plate)”

• Will this camera be used for MS Teams? Yes.

• A USB Bridge device is not specified. Does a USB Bridge exist in each room? No.

• Should one be provided? Yes.

• Will this camera be directly connected to a GFE PC for MS Teams? Yes.

• What is the distance from the camera location to the GFE PC?

A. Various depending on the room, contractor should survey this during the site visit.

A. SR450 receiver, Mic 2 needs to be repaired/replaced.

• Identify how many HDMI inputs are required and where they are located.

• Identify if there are any other display devices besides the projector.

A. A floorplan of the building will be provided at the end of this document. Contractor should determine the needed cable runs from that and during the site visit.

• Provide the throw distance between the projector lens and the projection screen.

A. 18 ft.

• This projector model has a built-in lens with a throw ratio of 1.07-1.75:1.

• With this lens, the throw distance will be between 10’-4” to 16’-11”

• Verify that there are no ceiling obstructions in this area of the ceiling.

• Is there an existing ceiling mount that can be reused? No.

• What is the ceiling construction? Acoustic Ceiling Tiles? Traditional ceiling tiles- non acoustic

• If possible, verify if there are any obstructions above the ceiling. No obstruction.

• This lens does not fit the above projector. If this throw ratio is required, a different projector will be required. Please clarify.

• These speakers are 10.2 inches tall. Please verify that there are no obstructions above the ceiling tile at these locations.

A. There are two (2) chandeliers and recessed lighting, but it should not be an interference with loudspeaker installation.

• Provide a sketch of the room.

• Identify where the AV Cart and the HDMI output plate will be located.

• Identify where the HDMI input plate will be located.

A. Unsure; believe all signals run back to the DSP.
