Parking Lot Fixtures: Disconnect and remove existing High Pressure Sodium (HPS) fixtures located at parking lot areas identified on the attached map. Provide and install advanced 100W and/or 80W

Induction fixtures with photocells which meet or exceed existing lighting specifications as determined by the IES recommended lighting requirements. Specifications for the Induction lighting replacements are listed in the Technical Data below. Contractor shall verify voltage requirements prior to ordering fixtures and surge protection.

Utilize existing lighting poles and ensure weight specifications are maintained with new Induction fixtures.

Provide all electrical power connections and grounding as necessary to complete the lighting fixture installation and ensure that it is operational at each location.

Lighting fixtures shall be equipped with a dusk to dawn photocell sensor. Photocells will be installed on the each lighting fixture. If a pole mounted photocell exists install a shorting cap and install photocell on each light.

Install a surge protector on each pole (inside the hand-hole). Specifications for the surge protectors are listed in the Technical Data below.

Disposal and/or recycling of the existing lighting fixtures will be in accordance with Federal, State and Local regulations.
