SOLICITATION FA4417-15-R-0010 ADCETV QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

1. QUESTION: I would like to request contract info for "Advanced Driving Class Expendable Training Vehicles" please. I understand with a formal request I am able to obtain information regarding price of current contract as well as who holds currently.

1. ANSWER: Contract FA4417-11-C-0005, with a period of performance of 15 Nov 2010 to 14 Nov 15 was awarded to Bryan's Auto Repair, LLC. for a total amount of $1,212,084.50. The previous requirement was solicited under the Solicitation number FA4417-11-R-0002; this can be found on www.fbo.gov under archived solicitations.

2. QUESTION: Will there be a site visit? I was unable to find a date in the solicitation or do we schedule through you.

2. ANSWER: There will not be any site visits for this requirement.

3. QUESTION: Can we observe a typical training day?

3. ANSWER: There will not be any site visits for this requirement.

4. QUESTION: How many classes per year are anticipated?

4. ANSWER: 14 classes per year

5. QUESTION: Can vehicles be left on-site between classes?

5. ANSWER: Vehicles shall be removed from training site at the end of each class.

6. QUESTION: Is the contractor responsible for environmental clean up in the case of spilled fuel, oil, etc during conduct of training?

6. ANSWER: The contractor is responsible for site clean up.

7. QUESTION: What facilities are available for contractor use?

7. ANSWER: A portable bathroom will be available for use.

8. QUESTION: Will the government compensate the contractor for any vehicle rendered inoperable or beyond repair as a result of damages incurred during training?

8. ANSWER: No
