Disclaimer: Due to the nature of the EPA 600 method, asbestos may not be detected in samples containing low levels of asbestos. We strongly recommend that analysis of floor tiles, vermiculite, and/or heterogeneous soil samples be conducted by TEM for confirmation of “None Detected” by PLM. This report relates only to the samples tested and may not be reproduced, except in full, without the written approval of SAI. This report may not be used by the client to claim product endorsement by NVLAP or any other agency of the U.S. government. Analytical uncertainty available upon request. 03/27/2013 - Work Order 11242 - Install a light sensor switch. , relocate wall outlet. All sheetrock is Negative for LBP.

10/18/2012 - See Options for LBP survey Workorder 11134 - Environmental evaluation for Hangar. Inspect for LBP and Mold.

This facility has had a limited LBP inspection for specific projects where paint may be disturbed. LBP is not a hazard unless if the lead chips or dust is inhaled or ingested. These are the only routes of entry to cause potential exposure. A request to inspect the entire interior of the facility is too large to be done in-house in a single visit. With this being said, (Option 1), what we can provide is conduct a LBP survey 1 room per day until the entire assessment is complete(Option 2), recommend contracting it out to a Department of State Health Services, Licensed Lead Inspector. Some Lead Inspectors are also certified to conduct mold or other Air Quality inspections and make recommendations. These companies can be found on the DSHS Web Site.
