QUESTION 2. Do you have an expectation for delivery date? Reason for the question: as of right now with what we have, we would be looking at a 12 month period where we are building and delivering throughout the entire period.
ANSWER 2. Delivery information is included in the RFQ, Bid Schedule, delivery is to be in December 2022 timeframe. If the Contractor is to provide all the items sooner, then, Contractor must provide rental cost to store all items prior to December 2022 at CLIN 0026.

ANSWER 3. Government will only pay after the delivery of all items after inspection has been conducted to ensure all items are acceptable prior to payment.
QUESTION 4. Due to material delays we find that a lot of time our work gets held back, is there a penalty for going over the time of the contract because of shipping delays or any other delays such as god forbid fire or theft?
ANSWER 4. The Government understands delays may occur, there is no penalty, however, the Contractor must provide proof of delay of the items to be delivered.
