RFQ FA301619U0184
MODULAR FURNITURE
ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS
**Please note: numbers correspond to original questions/answers in Amendment 02
3. Are round tables shown on plans to be included in quote?
A: Yes
1. Are these the “round tables” in each pod of work surfaces, the four off by themselves in 221A, or both? During the walkthrough, it was mentioned that the 4 tables were not part of the request, and the ones in the pods aren’t actually tables but soft seating. We just wanted to clarify.
1. This would be the 4 standalone tables in the back of 221A, initially we didn’t believe these tables could be included in the purchase so this is an additional requirement.
4. Is the conference table in Room 221B to be included in quote?
A: Yes, please ensure the table can seat 7 individuals
1. It was mentioned during the walk through, that the table should be a tall table with stools. Is this still accurate?
1. Yes, preferably 42” table height.
12. Workstation Storage for the 4-person groupings:
0. We also see a double door cabinet per grouping – how tall will this be (29”, 36”, and 65”)? 65”
1. 65”H would be taller than the panel. It would be recommended to match the storage tower to the height of the panel, for aesthetic purposes.
1. Concur, please match with panel height.
15. Does each workstation require a dual monitor arm?
A: Yes we have two 30” monitors on each desk
1. Not sure if it needs to be called out, but it was mentioned that they would prefer to have two individual arms vs. one dual arm.
1. Yes, two individual monitors arms are preferred.
20. Does the end user have a preference of straights or a corner work-surface for the stations?
A: We prefer a corner work-surface
1. It is recommended that straights be used, for a more updated configuration. The corner surfaces also tend to be bulky, and take up unnecessary space. Would straights be acceptable?
1. Concur, please use straight.
