A: 01111 General Clerk I
Q15: Could the government please clarify the following: “1.2.2.3. Assume responsibility for the repair or replacement of equipment or Government property damaged or lost due to incumbent’s negligence.”
A: This more specifically means that the contractor will be responsible for any lost or damaged property that happens within their contract period of performance. PWS was amended for clarity.
Q16: Could the Government be more specific with regard to the “on call” requirement? How much time would we be given to meet an unscheduled requirement?
A: 24 hours advance notice would be given....this rarely happens
Q17: How many personnel will be required in this contract, as it was not mentioned in the solicitation.

A: Yes they will have a desk but they are not required to ensure access of “only authorized personnel” since everyone attending classes has been provided base access already
Q28: Will the Night Monitor be able to secure the building entrance doors while conducting “periodic checks of the hallways”? Or is it required to have two (2) Night Monitors per shift, 1 to maintain authorized access at the main entrance and 1 to perform periodic hallway checks?
A: One night monitor, building is left unsecure all night to allow students to come and go even during building checks which are not really required since this is not a secure building.
Q29: Since this requirement is a combination of both Security and Janitorial duties, which Labor Classification is required for the “Night Monitor” under DOL-WD 2005-2104, Rev 15? Should it be #11150 Janitor at $11.83/hr or #27102 Guard I at $12.71/hr?

A: Night Monitor is required to be on-site during hours of operation. If the night monitor leaves the building to get a drink, food, etc. they must leave a cell phone number so instructors can contact them.
Q31: Since this is a Firm-Fixed Price requirement, please provide any historical information that would support the frequency of “make-up classes” so that contingency can be priced in the FFP unit rate. Or please provide an As-Needed CLIN so those services, not scheduled, but required, can be priced individually as an IDIQ item.
