Questions and Answers
FA2860-11-T-0005
1) Is there an incumbent contractor? If so, who is the incumbent?
vonGoins Corporation
2) How much has the Government spent on the contract in the last three years?
The current contract (one base year plus two option years) totaled $94,562.00.
3) The SOW refers to “units”; which means am approximately 4-hour testing session for 5-15 examinees. How does this related to how we fill-in the pricing sheets, pages 3 & 4 of the solicitation? The pricing sheets indicate that you want a hourly rate for 1155 hours each contract period.
UNIT on the pricing sheet does not relate UNIT in the SOW. On the pricing sheets you are proposing your per hour rate.
4) SOW paragraph 3, NOTE indicates “Administrative services identified in paragraph 9 (Related Administrative Tasks)” and “in conjunction with the services identified in paragraph 8 (Primary Task); I believe it should reflect “paragraph 10” and “paragraph 9”, respectively.
Correct. SOW paragraph 3 should reflect paragraph 10 as “Related Administrative Tasks” and paragraph 9 as “Primary Task”.
5) Are we required to maintain all files at the Government location?
Yes
6) Will we have access to a Government computer at the site?
7) Will we maintain the required information on a Government provided computer?
