1. Please provide a .DWG file to design and quote the Bid.

2. Are 84” tall panels acceptable for the demountable walls in B301 R211 and B400 MOD 3A Room 001 (82” is specified)?
--Yes. 84” is acceptable
3. Are 66” tall monolithic panels acceptable (64” was specified)
--Yes. 66” is acceptable
4. For the demountable walls, what starting height does the base panel need to be at (then there would be stack on panels to get to the 84” tall allowing the system to be “demounted” in the field to change panel height)
--There is not a specific starting height required.
5. Please provide an FFE inventory of all of the items looking to be removed on 2nd floor of Building 301
--See below for the removal inventories.
6. Is the furniture looking to be removed being disposed of and are we required to transport it to a waste facility
--Yes. The old material needs to be transported and disposed of.
7. Is the furniture that is being removed being split up and delivered to different locations to be repurposed (if so please provide the break down from the FFE inventory to each destination)
--No. It is not for government repurpose.
8. Is the furniture being removed and needed to be put into storage (existing customer held storage facility or is the bidder required to secure a storage facility)
--No.
2.1 OVERALL COMPONENTS
Typical (1): 0001AA x11
**modification 20M is listed and no note of a 6’ x 6’ cubicle with a transaction top in any of the buildings/offices is shown
--Correct. There was no option for a transaction counter on the free standing 2 X 4 desk in the typicals.
There is a transaction top noted in B400, Mod 8W, Rm 005 (2 X 4 stand-alone desk by the door noted on the table).
--There is a transaction top noted in B301, Rm 211 on the 8 X 8 Cubical by the angled door.
Typical (2) 0001AD x3
**typical 0001AD shows a 6’ x 8’ U group and there is only 1-6’ x 8’ U group in B301 Room 223
**there are 2- 6’ x 8’ L shape stations, one in B301 Room 211 and one in B301 Room 214 should these be Typical 0001AD-C
--This Typical should all be the 0001AD-C type with the file drawers and accessory drawers that are shown in the isometric view above the modification section.

**storage cabinet with coat closet is listed as an option, are we replacing one of the above listed pedestals and replacing with a 24” deep storage tower with files
--We will not require any options.
If objectives of project scope changes post award that require awarded dealer to submit and document these reprogrammed changes in a change order is there another or different internal process needed to be followed to submit these approved as documented scope specification changes and all adjusting fees associated to make each we need to follow?
--Vendors will submit a Request for Equitable Adjustment to the Contracting Team. Specific processes will be discussed as needed.
Installation section:
Can you provide a full FF&E inventory of the current, existing inventory onsite as contained in this bid?
--Yes. See below inventory detail.
Can you confirm that the removed FF&E inventory in full or partial is to be decommissioned fully, loaded up and transported out of building for immediate dump/recycle and no repurpose on base?
--Yes.
Can you confirm that the removed FF&E inventory in full or in partial is to be decommissioned fully, flat packed for general repurpose and we will need to include all fees associated to load and transport this FF&E inventory to another building or base?
--Decommissioned fully for disposal.
Are we to include all fees associated with the FF&E inventory in full or in partial needing to be decommissioned fully, flat packed for general repurpose to unaffiliated 3rd party storage locale?
--No storage.
Are we to include all fees associated with the FF&E inventory in full or in partial needing to be decommissioned fully, flat packed for general repurpose to another site out side of current geographical market, either by city or state?
--No.
Do bidders include and provision for a second day for onsite removal of existing FF&E and all time and material associated to do this?
This contract is Firm Fixed Price. There are no Time and Material CLINS. The schedule is created by the vendor using normal duty hours in accordance with PWS paragraph 3.1.6 and the final delivery date as specified in the contract.
--Can you confirm if we are to include daylight, evening, weekend or a combined augmented rate schedules for all time and material pricing for the FF&E scope?
--This contract is Firm Fixed Price. There are no Time and Material CLINS. All expenses should be included in the final price.

Are there any restrictions we need to provision for and associated with the base specifically for delivery drops and/or installation material, manpower specifications and compliance to stay within?
--Please see PWS paragraph 9.
