MEMORANDUM FOR ADVON CORPORATION

SUBJECT: Notice of Award, Solicitation No. FA252120B0004; Invitation for Bid for Project # SXHT 15-1035, Repair Cracks, Joints, Slabs, Airfield Pavement, Patrick, AFB FL.

1. Congratulations, you are hereby notified that Advon Corporation will be awarded a firm fixed price contract as a result of your bid submitted in response to Invitation for Bid FA252120B0004 for a construction contract to provide the labor, equipment, and materials necessary to repair cracks, joints, and slabs found on multiple surface types on PAFB’s Airfield. Airfield marking replacement is also included in each component of pavement repair, as necessary. As stated in the statement of work and drawings. The award amount is $3,519,940.00.

2. Under the terms of the solicitation and pending contract, the contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, equipment, and all other items necessary to accomplish project SXHT 15-1035 as specified with the statement of work and technical specifications.

3. It is emphasized that this is a Notice of Award letter only and that this notice does not authorize you to commence work. A Notice to Proceed (NTP) will be issued in accordance with contract clause 52.211-10, “Commencement, Prosecution and Completion of Work” after receipt of all required documents and as determined by the contracting officer. A pre-performance conference will be scheduled.
