| Relevant Experience: |
| 4-8 years of experience as a Facility Manager supporting radar, or similar operational facilities. Familiar with advanced civil engineering practices, HVAC, power, plumbing, fuel, and HAZMAT operations and has 2+ years of supervisory experience. Familiar with autoCAD and able to operate normal office equipment to include computers, faxes, and copiers. Experience in construction work and operation and maintenance of electric utilities, including facility backup generators and uninterruptible power supplies. |
| Education: |
| Associates Degree in Engineering/Mechanical/Technical field, or equivalent experience. |
| Certifications: | |
| - Electrician Training and certification by applicable State/National Code | |
| - Plumbing and Backflow Prevention Training and Certification by applicable State/National code/Uniform | |

| - Lightning Protection/Grounding System Training and Certification – National | |
