Response:

1. There is nothing that says they cannot be reused; however, any quality, performance, functionality, warranty impact, etc shall be the same as if providing new material supports.

2. The estimated measurement provided in solicitation statement of requirements does include; however, the exact measurement will be the responsibility of the contractor to verify (on-site); site visit provided opportunity for this.

3. 14’’ is estimated…however, on-site verification of field measurements will ultimately be the responsibility of the contractor

(part of reason for holding a site visit)

4. Only want one guide rail per set (which side can be determined/identified, once awardee has been determined).

This information is a clarification of the solicitation/contract and does not change the contract terms or conditions.
