What is the material composition of the casing and impeller?

Impeller shall have a double suction and the casing shall have a double volute. Pump shaft drive shall be minimum 2 ¼ inch diameter ASTM carbon 1045 PSQ shafting. Shaft bearings shall be triple seal bearings with lubrication lines run to the front of the trailer from each bearing.

Can the suction be from the side of the trailer?

Casing and impeller needs to be steel as well.

Bearings should be grease fed / fittings.

Pump discharge should not be flanged. We clamp the discharge hose, which should be rubber, to the discharge with band type clamps.

No trailer lights are required. Painted (Powder coat is not required, nor are we concerned with the color).

Is the discharge pipe flanged or barbed? If flanged to what pressure rating?

Pump discharge should not be flanged. We need a 50 foot, 16 inch heavy duty rubber discharge hose and we use a steel ring connecting system.

4. No intake hose is required.
