About this file

This document is Exhibit C-3, a detailed specifications document for Portable Sanitation Services (Contract #28223), outlining equipment, supply, and servicing requirements for three primary categories of portable sanitation equipment: Portable Toilets, Portable Toilets and Handwashing Stations, and Portable Shower Trailers. While the specific state or jurisdictional details are not explicitly stated in the document, the exhibit provides comprehensive technical specifications for potential government or large-scale event contractors.

The contract covers three main equipment categories with rigorous specifications for each, including standard and ADA-compliant portable toilets, handwashing stations, and shower trailers. Equipment requirements include precise technical details such as minimum 60-gallon tank capacities, anti-slip flooring, ventilation standards, and mandatory inclusions like toilet paper dispensers and hand sanitizer. Supply specifications emphasize environmentally conscious products, mandating recycled materials, non-toxic cleaning products, and eco-friendly certifications. Servicing requirements are extensive, covering waste disposal, sanitization, restocking, damage repair, and adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. The document provides granular specifications for each equipment type, focusing on functionality, hygiene, accessibility, and environmental responsibility.
