About this file
This document is an exhibit excerpt from the 2023 Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP) related to SUNY Oswego's request for design services for the Wilbur Hall Technology Lab Renovations project located in Oswego, New York. SUNY Oswego is soliciting qualifications from design firms to develop plans for the technology lab renovation through a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process. Prospective bidders may arrange a facility tour and review existing drawings by contacting Richard Merritt, Purchase Associate, at 315-312-2208 or through email. The project will be awarded as a lump sum agreement, and interested firms should provide all information requested within the RFQ instructions.
