About this file
This is a Statement of Work for the Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (DHSEM) in Colorado, detailing requirements for an alternate power system designed for DLX ASAP-18 rapid deployed shelters. The project encompasses a comprehensive power solution combining battery storage, solar charging capability, and generator backup. The system includes a portable containerized 3000VA 5.12kWh battery system (1 phase, 60Hz, 120VAC), a 440W solar charging array that can be mounted on the shelter roof or ground, a collapsible expeditionary mounting system for the solar array, and a Honda 10000W wheeled generator with dual voltage output (120/240V, 60Hz) featuring multiple service connections including four 120V AC 20A outlets, one 120V AC 30A outlet, and two 120/240V outlets rated at 30A and 37.5A respectively. All attachment cables must be compatible with the existing DLX ASAP-18 system and designed for rapid deployment. The completion deadline for all deliverables is June 30, 2026.
No pricing terms, set asides, funding amounts, or additional cost information is specified in this Statement of Work document. The file focuses exclusively on technical specifications and system requirements without addressing contract value, budget constraints, or payment terms that would typically appear in supplementary procurement documents.
