About this file
This is a Schedule of Quantities and Prices exhibit from the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) for Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. DR141664, which concerns the procurement of six stake bed trucks equipped with pressure washers. The specification referenced is MA-25-07. Bidders must submit firm unit prices and lump sum prices for the services described in the IFB. The estimated quantities provided are for evaluation purposes only, and LACMTA does not guarantee that actual quantities will match the estimates. The delivery timeline is not to exceed 180 days from the start of the contract. Bidders must complete all required pricing fields, with unit prices multiplied by estimated quantities to determine extended prices, and all extended prices summed to arrive at the total bid price.
All unit prices and lump sum prices must be inclusive of all costs for services specified in the contract documents, including proportional costs for overhead, profit, applicable taxes, tariffs, insurance, and all expenses of the contractor, subcontractors, and suppliers of all tiers. The pricing structure includes the unit price per truck, an extended price calculation, a subtotal, California sales tax at 9.75%, freight charges, and a California tire fee of $1.75 per tire. Any blank unit prices may render the bid non-responsive unless the unit price can be calculated by dividing the total price by the estimated quantity. Bidders must provide contact information, signature, and date of submission with their pricing proposal.

EXHIBIT 2
SCHEDULE OF QUANTITIES AND PRICES INSTRUCTIONS
The Bidder shall submit its firm unit prices and lump sum prices for the Services set forth in the Bid and described in the IFB on each of the following form(s) entitled SCHEDULE OF QUANTITIES AND PRICES.
The estimated quantities shown on each of the SCHEDULE OF QUANTITIES AND PRICES are based on the best information available at the time the IFB was issued and are used for the purpose of evaluating the Bids. LACMTA does not represent, expressly or by implication, that the actual quantities used in performing the Services will equal the estimated quantities.
In the case of items for which a fixed dollar amount predetermined by LACMTA has already been entered on the SCHEDULE OF QUANTITIES AND PRICES, the dollar amount entered shall be binding on all Bidders as the price for such item; said dollar amount shall not be revised unless LACMTA directs a Change in the Services affecting the item to which said dollar amount relates.
Unit prices, lump sum prices, and other values must be entered in the appropriate spaces provided in each of the SCHEDULE OF QUANTITIES AND PRICES. Unit prices must be multiplied by the estimated quantity shown and the total inserted in the "Total Price" column. The "Total Prices" must be added together in arriving at the "Total Bid Price". The Total Bid Price shall be for the completion and acceptance of all Services listed in the SCHEDULE OF QUANTITIES AND PRICES as required by the Contract.
The unit prices and lump sum prices must conform to their respective requirements and parameters as specified in each of the Scope of Services / Technical Requirements. They also must be inclusive of all costs for the Services specified in other Contract Documents, including the proportional costs for overhead, profit, all applicable taxes, tariffs, insurance and other expenses of the Contractor, Subcontractors, and Suppliers of all tiers.
Should any unit price be left blank, the Bid will be considered non-responsive unless the blank item can be calculated from the information available (i.e., unit price can be determined by dividing the total price by the estimated quantity).
