The initial one-year term runs from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, with four automatic one-year renewal options. Pricing follows a cost-plus model (materials + markup + printing costs + freight) with project-based installation pricing and hourly removal rates. Payment terms are net 30 with a 2% discount for payments within 10 days, though credit cards incur a 3% surcharge. The contract includes firm pricing through December 31, 2021, comprehensive warranty requirements, and specific installation qualifications requiring minimum three years of experience for installers.
