of all daily cleaning assignments and annual schedule for accomplishment of all work specified to be performed once a week or less frequently.
1.3.3. Janitorial personnel must sign in upon entering the premises and sign out upon leaving.
The Sign-In/Sign-Out sheets will be provided by the Facility Manager and maintained on site. Verification of work performed will be based upon these sheets and visual inspection. Any days that janitorial personnel are to be on the premises cleaning and they do not sign-in or sign-out, will be considered a day of no work. The State will deduct a per diem rate based upon the monthly fee divided by the number of days to be worked in that month. For Example: If the monthly rate is $2,000 and there are 20 days of work that month, then $2,000 / 20 = $100 per day.
