About this file

The contract is for automotive parts and repair services for light duty vehicles, established as a firm, fixed-price term agreement. Bell Ford was selected based on competitive labor rates benchmarked against recently awarded Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) contracts, strategic location, and ability to provide expedited service with separate waiting areas for first responders. The procurement was deemed advantageous to the state, with pricing determined to be competitive and meeting customer requirements. The contract was authorized by Brad Berryman, AZDPS Chief Procurement Officer, on 09/22/2025.
