The City seeks prospective suppliers to provide DIP products suitable for storm and sanitary sewer applications, along with related pipe fittings and specialty items. The contract will have an initial term of one year, commencing March 24, 2026, through March 24, 2027, with the option for the City to renew at expiration or extend for two additional 12-month periods by mutual agreement. Rights of the City
The City reserves the right to reject all or any part of any bid, waive informaliƟes, and award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible contractors to best serve the interests of the

EVENT REQUIREMENTS
Bid Form
All bidders shall complete and upload the Bid Form in Excel format to be deemed as responsive.
Each unit price shall include all costs, but not limited to fuel costs and delivery charges. The Bid

QuanƟƟes shown shall not be construed to represent any amount which the City shall be obligated to purchase under the Contract or relieve the Contractor of its obligaƟon to fill all orders placed by the City.
Quality of Materials
Unless otherwise specified, all materials and equipment incorporated in this project shall be new and of the best quality for the purpose intended. Should the quality of a material be unspecified in the documents, the Contractor must provide the best product for the purpose intended to the saƟsfacƟon of the City Project Manager.

Delays & Delivery Failures
The Contractor must keep the City advised at all Ɵmes of status of parƟes’ agreement. If a delay is foreseen, the Contractor shall give immediate wriƩen noƟce to the City Project Manager.

Contractor shall reimburse the City for all costs in excess of the Agreement price when purchases are made in the open market; or, in the event that there is a balance the City owes to the Contractor from prior transacƟons, an amount equal to the addiƟonal expense incurred by the City as a result of the Contractor's nonperformance shall be deducted from the balance as payment.

Failure to comply or cooperate with these proceedings will result in the rejecƟon of the enƟre day's producƟon. Supplied pipe and materials deemed unacceptable by the standards of the specificaƟons will be rejected and immediately removed by the supplier even though the material may have already been unloaded and stockpiled. The value shall be determined in accordance with competent cost esƟmates. Any deducƟons shall not be construed as a waiver, release or compromise of any other losses, costs, damages or causes of acƟon of the City arising out of such non-complying pipe or materials. No subsƟtuƟons will be allowed.
