About this file
This document is an Evaluation Report for an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the Arizona Department of Veterans' Services (ADVS) in accordance with the Revised Arizona Procurement Code. The solicitation (No. BPM005092) was conducted through the Arizona Procurement Portal, with notifications sent to twenty-nine suppliers on December 23, 2022. Only one bid was received, from Old Pueblo Septic and Drain Services Inc, which was evaluated and recommended for contract award.
The contract is for Septic Pump Services to be provided at two Arizona Veterans' Memorial Cemeteries: one located at Marana and another at Camp Navajo. These state-owned cemeteries serve as final resting places honoring veterans and their families. The procurement used Commodity Code 76121502 for liquid waste collection, processing, or disposal services. After evaluation, ADVS determined that Old Pueblo Septic and Drain Services Inc's proposal was fair, reasonable, and in the best interest of the state, thus recommending them for contract award.
